stetit, inter castra Ægyptiorum et castra Israël: et erat nubes tenebrosa, et illuminans noctem, ita ut ad se invicem toto noctis tempore accedere non valerent.
E iba entre el campo de los Egipcios y el campo de Israel; y era nube y tinieblas para aquéllos, y alumbraba á Israel de noche: y en toda aquella noche nunca llegaron los unos á los otros.
so that it came between the camps of Egypt and Israel. The cloud was there in the darkness, but it lit up the night. So all night long neither camp went near the other.
