וַאֲנִי הִנֵּה לָקַחְתִּי אֶת־אֲחֵיכֶם הַלְוִיִּם מִתּוֹךְ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לָכֶם מַתָּנָה נְתֻנִים לַֽיהוָה לַעֲבֹד אֶת־עֲבֹדַת אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃

Ego dedi vobis fratres vestros Levitas de medio filiorum Israël, et tradidi donum Domino, ut serviant in ministeriis tabernaculi ejus.
Porque he aquí yo he tomado á vuestros hermanos los Levitas de entre los hijos de Israel, dados á vosotros en don de Jehová, para que sirvan en el ministerio del tabernáculo del testimonio.
Behold, I Myself have selected your fellow Levites from the Israelites as a gift to you, dedicated to the LORD to perform the service for the Tent of Meeting.
