Leviticus 8:15

וַיִּשְׁחָ֗ט וַיִּקַּ֨ח מֹשֶׁ֤ה אֶת־הַדָּם֙ וַ֠יִּתֵּן עַל־קַרְנ֨וֹת הַמִּזְבֵּ֤חַ סָבִיב֙ בְּאֶצְבָּע֔וֹ וַיְחַטֵּ֖א אֶת־הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ וְאֶת־הַדָּ֗ם יָצַק֙ אֶל־יְס֣וֹד הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ וַֽיְקַדְּשֵׁ֖הוּ לְכַפֵּ֥ר עָלָֽיו׃

καὶ ἔσφαξεν αὐτόν· καὶ ἔλαβεν ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὰ κέρατα τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου κύκλῳ τῶ δακτύλῳ, καὶ ἐκαθάρισεν τὸ θυσιαστήριον· καὶ τὸ αἷμα ἐξέχεεν ἐπὶ τὴν βάσιν τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου, καὶ ἡγίασεν αὐτὸ τοῦ ἐξιλάσασθαι ἐπ’ αὐτοῦ.

Y degollólo; y Moisés tomó la sangre, y puso con su dedo sobre los cuernos del altar alrededor, y purificó el altar; y echó la demás sangre al pie del altar, y santificólo para reconciliar sobre él.

Moses slaughtered the bull, took some of the blood, and applied it with his finger to all four horns of the altar, purifying the altar. He poured out the rest of the blood at the base of the altar and consecrated it so that atonement could be made on it.
