Leviticus 4:7

וְנָתַן֩ הַכֹּהֵ֨ן מִן־הַדָּ֜ם עַל־קַ֠רְנוֹת מִזְבַּ֨ח קְטֹ֤רֶת הַסַּמִּים֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֖ר בְּאֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וְאֵ֣ת׀ כָּל־דַּ֣ם הַפָּ֗ר יִשְׁפֹּךְ֙ אֶל־יְסוֹד֙ מִזְבַּ֣ח הָעֹלָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃

καὶ ἐπιθήσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος τοῦ μόσχου ἐπὶ τὰ κέρατα τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τοῦ θυ μιάματος τῆς συνθέσεως τοῦ ἐναντίον κυρίου, ὅ ἐστιν ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου· καὶ πᾶν τὸ αἷμα τοῦ μόσχου ἐκχεεῖ παρὰ τὴν βάσιν τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τῶν ὁλοκαυτωμάτων, ὅ ἐστιν παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου.

Y pondrá el sacerdote de la sangre sobre los cuernos del altar del perfume aromático, que está en el tabernáculo del testimonio delante de Jehová: y echará toda la sangre del becerro al pie del altar del holocausto, que está á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio.

The priest must then put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense that is before the LORD in the Tent of Meeting. And he is to pour out the rest of the bull ’s blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.
