וְאַף־גַּם־זֹאת בִּֽהְיוֹתָם בְּאֶרֶץ אֹֽיְבֵיהֶם לֹֽא־מְאַסְתִּים וְלֹֽא־גְעַלְתִּים לְכַלֹּתָם לְהָפֵר בְּרִיתִי אִתָּם כִּי אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃

Et tamen etiam cum essent in terra hostili, non penitus abjeci eos, neque sic despexi ut consumerentur, et irritum facerent pactum meum cum eis. Ego enim sum Dominus Deus eorum,
Y aun con todo esto, estando ellos en tierra de sus enemigos, yo no los desecharé, ni los abominaré para consumirlos, invalidando mi pacto con ellos: porque yo Jehová soy su Dios:
Yet in spite of this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject or despise them so as to destroy them and break My covenant with them; for I am the LORD their God.
