Leviticus 25:30

וְאִ֣ם לֹֽא־יִגָּאֵ֗ל עַד־מְלֹ֣את לוֹ֮ שָׁנָ֣ה תְמִימָה֒ וְ֠קָם הַבַּ֨יִת אֲשֶׁר־בָּעִ֜יר אֲשֶׁר־ל֣וֹ חֹמָ֗ה לַצְּמִיתֻ֛ת לַקֹּנֶ֥ה אֹת֖וֹ לְדֹרֹתָ֑יו לֹ֥א יֵצֵ֖א בַּיֹּבֵֽל׃

ἐὰν δὲ μὴ λυτρωθῇ ἕως ἂν πληρωθῇ αὐτῆς ἐνιαυτὸς ὅλος, ἡ οἰκία ἡ οὖσα ἐν πόλει τῇ ἐχούσῃ τεῖχος βεβαίως τῷ αὐτὴν εἰς τὰς γενεὰς αὐτοῦ, καὶ οὐκ ἐξελεύσεται ἐν τῆ ἀφέσει.

Y si no fuere redimida dentro de un año entero, la casa que estuviere en la ciudad murada quedará para siempre por de aquel que la compró, y para sus descendientes: no saldrá en el jubileo.

If it is not redeemed by the end of a full year, then the house in the walled city is permanently transferred to its buyer and his descendants. It is not to be released in the Jubilee.
