Exodus 18:14

וַיַּרְא֙ חֹתֵ֣ן מֹשֶׁ֔ה אֵ֛ת כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־ה֥וּא עֹשֶׂ֖ה לָעָ֑ם וַיֹּ֗אמֶר מָֽה־הַדָּבָ֤ר הַזֶּה֙ אֲשֶׁ֨ר אַתָּ֤ה עֹשֶׂה֙ לָעָ֔ם מַדּ֗וּעַ אַתָּ֤ה יוֹשֵׁב֙ לְבַדֶּ֔ךָ וְכָל־הָעָ֛ם נִצָּ֥ב עָלֶ֖יךָ מִן־בֹּ֥קֶר עַד־עָֽרֶב׃

καὶ ἰδὼν Ἰοθὸρ πάντα ὅσα ποιεῖ τῷ λαῷ λέγει Ti τοῦτο ὃ σὺ ποιεῖς τῷ λαῷ; διὰ τί σὺ κάθησαι μόνος, πᾶς δὲ ὁ λαὸς παρέστηκέν σοι ἀπὸ πρωίπρωίθεν ἕως δείλης;

Y viendo el suegro de Moisés todo lo que él hacía con el pueblo, dijo: ¿ Qué es esto que haces tú con el pueblo? ¿ por qué te sientas tú solo, y todo el pueblo está delante de ti desde la mañana hasta la tarde?

When his father-in-law saw all that Moses was doing for the people, he asked, “ What is this that you are doing for the people? Why do you sit alone as judge, with all the people standing around you from morning till evening?”
