וְהָיָה כְּכַלֹּת הַשֹּׁטְרִים לְדַבֵּר אֶל־הָעָם וּפָֽקְדוּ שָׂרֵי צְבָאוֹת בְּרֹאשׁ הָעָֽם׃ ס

Cumque siluerint duces exercitus, et finem loquendi fecerint, unusquisque suos ad bellandum cuneos præparabit.
Y será que, cuando los oficiales acabaren de hablar al pueblo, entonces los capitanes de los ejércitos mandarán delante del pueblo.
When the officers have finished addressing the army, they are to appoint commanders to lead it.
